Troubleshoot common AI Wall endpoint issues.

Quick checks for license renewal, service state, tray visibility, and uninstall questions.

License renewal warning

If license renewal fails, confirm the machine can reach https://aiwallprotection.com over HTTPS/443 and that local security software is not blocking the agent. Cached protection can continue temporarily, but renewal should be fixed before broad deployment.

Tray not visible

Confirm the login tray scheduled task is enabled for the signed-in user. Service mode can run without showing the interactive tray because Windows services run in Session 0.

Service stopped

Open Windows Services and confirm the AI Wall Protection service exists. Start it manually for testing, then review endpoint logs if it stops again.

Uninstall

Use Windows Apps and Features or the provided uninstaller. For managed deployments, document the machine name, uninstall time, and reason so portal records stay clean.
