A practical starting point for admins evaluating AI Wall Protection on Windows endpoints.
System requirements
Windows endpoint with administrator rights for installation, outbound HTTPS/443 access to aiwallprotection.com, and enough permission for the service to monitor configured user and shared folders.
Network requirements
Allow outbound HTTPS to aiwallprotection.com. No inbound firewall rule should be required for normal cloud reporting.
First endpoint rollout.
Download installer
Use the latest signed AIWallProtection setup package from your customer link or admin handoff.
Run as administrator
The installer creates the Windows service and tray startup task.
Confirm dashboard
Open the local dashboard/tray path and confirm the machine shows Protected.
Confirm portal
Check that the machine appears in the client portal and license status is current.
License renewal warning
Confirm outbound HTTPS/443 to aiwallprotection.com and verify system clock accuracy. Cached protection may continue while renewal is retried.
Tray not visible
Confirm the login tray scheduled task is enabled and the user is in an interactive desktop session.
Service stopped
Open Windows Services and confirm AI Wall Protection can start. Review event logs and local AI Wall logs for details.
Uninstall
Use Windows Settings or Control Panel, then Programs and Features, then Uninstall. Confirm no service or scheduled tray task remains.

Current public backend: https://aiwallprotection.com. Future release notes should list installer version, signing publisher, endpoint agent hash, backend compatibility, and known issues.
