System requirements
Windows endpoint, administrator rights for installation, outbound HTTPS access to aiwallprotection.com on port 443, and permission to run the AI Wall service and tray application.
First endpoint rollout
1. Download installer
Use the current signed AI Wall Protection installer provided by your AI Wall representative or customer portal. Keep the installer hash and version with your deployment notes.
2. Run as administrator
Install the agent with administrator rights so the Windows service, tray startup task, dashboard, and protection components are registered correctly.
3. Confirm dashboard
After installation, confirm that the local dashboard opens and the endpoint shows a protected or monitoring state.
4. Confirm portal
Verify that the machine appears in the admin portal and that license renewal and event reporting use https://aiwallprotection.com.
